By using an app published by Yash Rajesh Gandhe, you agree to these terms. General terms apply to all covered apps; app-specific terms below take precedence where they differ for that app.

CHRM — AI Photo Studio
These terms apply to CHRM, operated by Yash Rajesh Gandhe. The general terms below also apply; where they differ, this CHRM section controls for CHRM. You must be at least 18 years old and upload only photos of yourself that you have the right to use.
Acceptable use
Do not upload photos of children, impersonate another person, create non-consensual intimate imagery, harass others, infringe their rights or use CHRM for unlawful purposes. Keep your Apple or Google account secure. We may restrict misuse that violates these terms or harms the service.
AI results and your images
AI creates a new image and may change facial features, outfits, bodies or surroundings. References and outfit preferences guide the model but do not guarantee an exact likeness. Review results before sharing, disclose AI editing when appropriate, and do not use synthetic results as evidence of real events or for identity verification.
You retain your rights in uploaded images and authorize CHRM and its providers to process them to deliver your requested edits. Rights in generated outputs remain subject to applicable law and provider terms. Your photos are not posted to a public CHRM feed. The CHRM privacy disclosure explains cloud processing and retention.
Subscriptions, allowances and availability
Available plans and localized prices are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase. Basic includes 15 photo edits per subscription month, Pro 40, and Max 100. Monthly and yearly plans have the same monthly allowance for their tier. Allowances refresh after each subscription month, anchored to your purchase date. Shorter months use their last day; unused edits do not roll over. Yearly subscriptions are billed for the full year upfront. Each accepted generation attempt uses one credit, including an attempt that later fails. Rejected requests do not spend credits. Any testing allowance is shown separately in the app.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Apple’s subscription settings and restore purchases from CHRM Settings → Plans using the CHRM account you purchased with. Apple determines when plan changes take effect. Credit adjustments for plan changes, renewal and refunds follow the verified Apple lifecycle and RevenueCat grant rules. Signing in alone does not start a subscription. Refund requests are handled through Apple and applicable consumer law.
Keeping and deleting your work
Save results you want to keep before their seven-day expiry. Saved references remain until removed or your account is deleted. You can delete your account in Settings or contact support if you cannot access it. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription; manage it in Apple’s subscription settings first. Deletion does not remove copies saved or shared elsewhere. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded by law. Apple’s standard licensed application agreement also applies to your App Store download.

General terms
Acceptance
If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the app immediately.
Subscription and Payments
These payment terms apply only to apps and features that offer a paid subscription. They do not create a subscription for free features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
Subscription Period
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified) at the time of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription renewal through your account settings or by contacting us. If you cancel, you will not receive a refund for the current subscription period, but you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
In-App Purchases
Subscriptions purchased through the app store are subject to the app store's terms and conditions. All billing and transaction processes for these subscriptions are handled by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are governed by their terms.
Pricing and Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. We will provide reasonable notice before any price changes take effect.
Refunds
Except when required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. For subscriptions purchased through an app store, the app store's refund policy will apply. If you wish to request a refund, please contact the app store directly.
Data and Privacy
Data practices depend on the app and feature. Some features store data locally; others, including CHRM editing and Linify analysis, send selected information to service providers with your permission. See the Privacy Policy and choose your app for its processing, storage, retention and deletion details.
Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as-is," and we expressly disclaim liability to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded by law.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your device and managing your data.
Changes to Terms
Any updates to these terms will be communicated within the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of these updates.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
